Job Title: Technical Release Manager (Salesforce)Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Onsite)Shift Timings: Between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST (Rotational Shifts)Employment Type: Full-timePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Release Manager to oversee the deployment and release management processes of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, a deep understanding of release management best practices, and proven experience in managing end-to-end deployment pipelines.Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple releases across Salesforce environments.- Ensure successful deployment of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes with minimal downtime.- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure release quality and schedule adherence.- Manage and maintain version control, configuration, and deployment documentation.- Identify and mitigate risks related to release management processes.- Automate and optimize deployment workflows using CI/CD tools and Salesforce Dev Ops best practices.- Monitor post-release performance and coordinate troubleshooting if required.- Enforce governance policies and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.Required Skills & Qualifications- Total Experience: 5+ years in IT, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Flows.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment, and release management processes.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce metadata API, change sets, and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines).- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.- Salesforce certification is an added advantage.- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD frameworks preferred.
