About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing / Demand Generation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for our B2B SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for our B2B SaaS products, with a specific focus on LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
- Email Marketing: Create and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions through the sales funnel.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and lead nurturing.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and demand generation, specifically in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving lead generation and customer acquisition through LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing certifications.
