Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs
- Develop curriculum and course materials aligned with current psychological theories and practices
- Supervise student research projects, internships, and dissertations
- Conduct original research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and student mentoring
- Foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Psychology (or nearing completion) from a recognized institution
- Specialization in (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Organizational Psychology, etc.)
- Proven teaching experience at the university level preferred
- Strong research portfolio with publications in reputable journals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
