Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives. The role involves planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand's presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising.
  • Oversee and optimize company websites to improve user experience, conversion rates, and search engine ranking.
  • Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor audience engagement.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital tools to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong online brand presence through influencer collaborations, partnerships, and PR.
  • Oversee marketing automation and CRM integrations for nurturing leads and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and online customer acquisition.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
