Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Position: Contract Minimum Exp: 7 Years+ Location: Hyderabad / Remote Joining: Immediate We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Lightning to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive user interfaces Develop robust backend logic using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Scheduled jobs) Customize and extend Salesforce Lightning Experience Implement business logic using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder (where applicable) Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high code coverage Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment activities Support CI/CD processes and manage deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDX Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support Requirements: Strong experience in Salesforce Development with emphasis on: Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes) Salesforce Lightning Experience Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model , Security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) Experience with SOQL/SOSL Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good to Have Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I / II, JavaScript Developer) Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Knowledge of Einstein, Omni-Channel, or CPQ Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript beyond Salesforce
