Company Overview: Media360 Communications, a boutique marketing agency headquartered in Singapore with a lean operations team in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Executive. Location: Workafella, Irram Manzil Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082
(Working from office is mandatory for this role)
Key Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media Marketing.
Proficiency with META Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads platforms.
Google Search ads proficiency is a plus
Facebook / Google Ads certifications is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across META Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.
Collaborate closely with supervisor to set up and optimize campaigns.
Identify and target audiences through innovative digital campaigns.
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to improve traffic and maximize ROI.
Generate insights and efficiencies through strategic growth and operational/technology-driven approaches.
Troubleshoot campaign setup, tag management, performance, and pace fluctuations.
Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests to enhance performance.
Format reports and provide top-line insights for ongoing performance reviews.
Manage conversion tracking using Ad Tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Implement and optimize Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag management and data collection.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media Marketing.
Proficiency with META Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills to simplify and present data confidently to stakeholders.
Excellent account, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Self-starter with high energy and team spirit, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement.
Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Nice-to-Have:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to present and communicate ideas coherently and effectively.
Prior experience in a media agency is preferred.
A 'Can Do' attitude.
Salary:
Up to INR 5,00,000 per annum for up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Up to INR 7,50,000 per annum for 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Additional Information:
Local candidates from the Greater Hyderabad region will be given higher preference.
All employees are required to work from our office in Hyderabad; we do not support work-from-home or hybrid work options.
