We are always looking for top talent to join our team.ABOUT THIS ROLEWe are looking for a skilled GTM Manager for India to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in market and competitive analysis of product categories to provide in-depth industry insights and data support for GTM strategy formulation.- Based on comprehensive market analysis, assist in formulating and implementing complex product positioning, pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotion plans.- Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies within the organization.- Participate in key GTM projects, assist in planning, resource allocation, risk management, and monitor and optimize the project execution process.- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI, and adjust market strategies based on the analysis results.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related field.- 3-6 year of product-related experience, preferably with GTM experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.- Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.- Proficient in market analysis tools and data analysis software, such as CRM systems.- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
