Digital Technology Products & PlatformsDigital Engineering & Product Lifecycle is a part of Digital Solution, and accountable for developing and managing digital solutions within the area of Industry 4.0 and Product Life Cycle Management - from the management of master data to utilization of extended reality, simulation and configuration tools, and Industrial IoT. PTC Products is responsible for developing and managing digital solutions within PLM-suite of PTC. You will engage in a distributed team following SCRUM framework and a product increment strategy.ResponsibilitiesIn the role as PTC Windchill Developer, you develop and support the product team working with the Product & Process Digital ThreadEnhancing existing and develop of new solutions and functionalities within PTC Windchill MPMLinkEnhancing existing and development of new interfaces in systems like PTC Enterprise System Integration (ESI) and TIBCOCollaborate with Product Owners and Product Architect to understand, evaluate, and convert functional requirements into technical specifications and architectureThis also include breakdown and estimation of tasksContribute to the creation of deployment-packagesPerform unit/smoke/functional testing, prepare test cases, and demonstrate solutions to stakeholdersPerforming root cause analysis and identifying opportunities for improvementCreating required documentation (specifications, test cases, release notes, procedures, guidelines, etc.)Working with ticket management tools & processes as 3rd level supportQualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree within any engineering specialization5+ years of experience with PTC WindchillIn-depth technical knowledge of PTC Windchill MPMLink is requiredIn-depth technical knowledge of PTC Creo, PTC Enterprise Systems Integration (ESI) and TIBCO is good to haveTechnical knowledge of SQL, PTC Windchill REST APIs and ERP integrationsCAD solutions is good to haveTechnical knowledge of PTC ThingWorx and CAD-solutions like PTC Creo and CATIA from Dassault is good to haveKnowledge of architecture design principles, patterns, and best practices is requiredExperience from the manufacturing industry and general knowledge of PLM processes like Material Management, Change Management, Document Management, Access Controls etc. is good to haveExperience with UX design is good to haveExperience with service fulfillment solutions like ServiceNow is good to haveExperience with agile, DevOps,Agile and SCRUM is good to haveExperience with are testing is good to haveFluent in English and able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization is requiredExperience in Java, JSP,softw and JavaScript is requiredExperience with the creation and deployment of deployment packages is good to haveCompetenciesGreat communicative skills, fluent in written and verbal EnglishMotivated, self driven and result orienteered mindsetHighly effective communicator, committed to collaboration, and with a solution-oriented attitude and mindsetAbility to identify challenges and set up action plansExperience with JavaExperience with html, css, jsp, SQLExperience with Git, Azure DevOpsExperience with Tools like Eclipse, Postman, SQL Developer etcWhat We OfferWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, innovative, innovative, and international work environment in the sustainable energy sector.
