We serve a diverse portfolio of global clients in industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Networking, Defense, and IT Services, empowering teams to build better software, faster.Job Role- Full-Stack developerKey Technical skill- Should be proficient in knowledge of Node.js for Backend development, REACT in front-end technologies framework, RESTful API , Database knowledge like MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, and Cloud platform AWSRequired 4-5 years’ of work-experience as Full-Stack developer in Web-application using .NET Core framework.Hierarchy - Reporting to Director of EngineeringKey Performance Areas:Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side application logic using languages such as Node.js, and manage database interactions with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or SQL ServerFrontend Development: Design and develop user-facing web applications using frontend languages like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application.Version Control: Use Git version control systems to track code changes and collaborate.Deployment: Deploy and manage processes, in cloud-based AWS platform applicationTroubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve development practices continuously.Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role in Web applicationsEducation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Required Skills: Strong backend development experience with Node.jsProficiency in frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.Solid understanding of RESTful API design and developmentHands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or SQL Server.Familiarity with version control systems, notably Git.Experience with cloud services in AWS such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS or DynamoDB, etc.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.Desired Skill-setThese skills are nice-to-have-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding security principles and how to apply them to web applications.Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.Benefits:Competitive remuneration.Medical insurance (as per policy).Two days weekly-offProfessional development opportunities and continuous learning.
