You'll drive enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience while shaping strategy across threat intelligence, incident response, vendor security, and employee awareness. If you're passionate about emerging tech, continuous improvement, and building a security-first culture, this is your platform to make a lasting impact.Your Role & Responsibilities:- Design and implement a information security strategy- Lead and optimize the cybersecurity team and resources- Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, IT Act 2000 etc.)- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across IT & OT environments- Oversee incident response, forensic analysis, and post-event reviews- Provide reports to senior leadership on security matters- Oversee security awareness and training programsRequired Qualifications & Experience:- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity- Specialization: Cybersecurity- Certifications: CISA, ISO 27001, CEH, GDPR- Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in a publicly listed companyRequired Key Competencies:Technical & Strategic- Cybersecurity assessment & penetration testing- IT & OT Security- Security Strategy, Operations & Governance- Risk & Compliance frameworks- Automation & Threat IntelligenceCommunication & Leadership- Effective oral & written communication- Interpersonal & stakeholder management- Time management & prioritization- Security culture & value delivery
