Hands-on experience with Alation or similar enterprise data catalog platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica EDC, Atlan). Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and validate large datasets. Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and data engineering concepts. Proven experience translating technical data logic into business-consumable language . Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in cross-functional teams involving business, data engineering, and analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud-based data platforms (e.g., GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery). Understanding of data lineage, data quality , and data privacy concepts. Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and how they integrate with data catalogs. Knowledge of metadata standards (e.g., business glossary, technical metadata, usage metadata).
