Experience Requirements:● PhD/DBA degree in a relevant field● Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in academia, preferably in a similar role.● Demonstrated experience in guiding M.Phil/PhD dissertations and conducting workshops/lectures on research methodologies.● Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies with a strong understanding of research design, data analysis, and academic writing.● Expertise in research tools like R Commander, Smart PLS● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.● Proficiency in using online learning platforms and educational technology tools.

Education and Certification:

● PhD/DBA● Additional certifications or training in instructional design, academic advising, or related areas would be advantageous.

Skills:● Strong research skills.● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.● Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.● Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design principles.● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
