About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate QA leader to oversee all aspects of our software development quality assurance (QA) function.

You will be responsible for driving a culture of quality excellence, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring all products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities :

QA Leadership :

- Provide strategic direction and vision for the entire QA organization, setting clear goals and objectives.

- Oversee all QA activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance with quality standards.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing QA team environment.

Process Development :

- Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive QA processes and methodologies to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Establish and maintain a robust testing framework that scales with the organization's growth.

QA Delivery Management :

- Own the QA delivery process for all products across all environments and client projects.

- Ensure thorough testing that aligns with client expectations, project requirements, and company standards.

Agile Integration :

- Champion the integration of QA into the Agile development lifecycle.

- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.

Hands-On Expertise :

- Maintain proficiency in manual testing methods while advocating for and overseeing the development and execution of automated testing strategies.

- Champion the adoption and implementation of load testing and security testing practices.

Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing QA team, providing guidance, training, and opportunities for professional development.

- Recruit and onboard talented QA professionals.

- Collaboration and Integration:

- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with development, product management, and customer service teams.

- Integrate quality assurance processes seamlessly throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Client Focus :

- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign-off processes.

- Ensure client satisfaction with product quality.

Continuous Improvement :

- Proactively assess and refine QA strategies and tools to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

- Champion continuous improvement in QA efficiency and 8 to 12 years of experience in software development QA leadership roles.

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing QA teams.

- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

- Expertise in various testing methodologies (manual, automation, performance, security testing).

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in QA.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

- Passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Experience with managing and utilizing QA testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
