About the Role: We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters to support the urgent hiring of 500+ EdTech Sales professionals (SDRs, BDAs, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders). This is a performance-based opportunity with competitive commissions per hire, ideal for recruiters who excel in fast-paced, high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier EdTech sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach. - Conduct initial candidate assessments focusing on sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit. - Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for multiple open roles. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure candidate alignment with client requirements. - Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency, corporate, or freelance recruitment, preferably in sales or EdTech hiring. - Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and ATS tools. - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, quick hires. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
