Senior Integration Platform Engineer
As a Senior Integration Platform Engineer and Production Support Specialist in Integration (TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft) Infrastructure Administration and SRE, you will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability, availability, and performance of our integration platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to monitor, sustain, and enhance the infrastructure supporting our Boomi environment. Your responsibilities will include managing incidents, optimizing performance, and automating repetitive tasks to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Platform:
o Install, Configure, Monitor, manage, and ensure the reliability and availability of integration platforms (TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft).
o Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify issues before they affect service levels.
o Perform root cause analysis for incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and proactive issue prevention
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):
o Design, implement, and manage observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure system reliability.
o Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
o Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
o Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment pipelines and ensure robust CI/CD practices.

Production Support:
o Provide 24x7 support for critical production issues related to Boomi integrations.
o Diagnose and resolve incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
o Maintain and document operational runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
o Perform regular health checks, maintenance, and patch management for Boomi environments.
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement in system architecture, deployment processes, and performance tuning.
o Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement performance optimizations and best practices.
o Stay updated with the latest developments in Boomi and cloud technologies and apply relevant advancements to the infrastructure.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
o Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, incident response, and reliability metrics.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, or related roles, with a focus on Boomi/TIBCO/MuleSoft infrastructure.
