Qualifications Basic

1. 10+ years of experience Support configuration/implementation efforts of client projects with advanced planning analytics, deployment, communication, and tactical assistance around Sales &Operations Planning, Demand, Inventory, Assortment, and Supply & Response, Demand planning, Replenishment, Supply planning or Operational supply chain2. Good hands knowledge implementation, configuration and integration of leading market products as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle RPAS, etc. for above said modules.3. Experience with Retail and CPG industry4. Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for advanced supply chain analysis.5. Interpret data around supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients and assist with research initiatives for solution design.6. Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders7. Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies.8. Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders’ communication.9. Experience in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology and good understanding of Agile ceremonies10. At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology

Skills Required:

1. At least 3 years of experience as Product Owner; for fortune 500 clients.2. At least 5 years of experience as Product Analyst; for fortune 500 clients.3. At least 5 years implementation experience in the packages mentioned above.4. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills (regression, forecasting, optimization, allocation, replenishment, etc).5. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.6. Collaborate with project leads, system architects, partners, and client teams to identify data best practices, develop success criteria, and optimize new reports features and models.7. Communicate with customers and customer teams in verbal, visual, and written formats, complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.8. Strong Client interfacing skills, with prior experience in directly interfacing with IT Director, AVP, Architect levels.
