IT compliance Analyst

Experience- 8 to 12 Years

Location - PAN LTIM location

15- 30 days joiners preferred



Analyze create documentation SOPs and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Evaluate business IT operations and development processes to identify any compliance gaps

Participate in Agile ceremonies eg sprint planning daily standups to ensure compliance considerations are integrated planned for and completed as part of the audit cycle

2 Collaboration with Teams

Collaborate across FCC ATP Teams to support audit requirements as defined by BU Leads Management and GIS

Ensure SOC Controls are created and evidence captured with Rainier tickets for designated intervals

Ensure internal team complete all SOC Control Evidence tickets in a timely manner

Assist teams in interpreting and applying compliance requirements to product backlogs for portfolio leads team and as required by Compliance Lead or Management

Provide compliance guidance and feedback during sprints to ensure smooth integration of regulatory SOC NIST PCI etc requirements

Raise any and all Risks and issues to management in a timely manner for mitigation

Communicate on all inquiries in a timely manner

3 Internal Audits and Assessments

Conduct participate in periodic internal audits and assessments to verify compliance adherence across FCC ATP portfolio

Identify and report noncompliance risks or issues in a centralized RAID log recommend corrective actions and track to closure Report on issues to relevant stakeholders or management

Maintain documentation of audit results and track resolution of compliance issues using Jira or Confluence whatever is decided

Transfer accomplishments to monthly update deck for FCC ATP Leadership to understand value stream delivery

4 Compliance Policy Documentation

Assist in developing reviewing maintaining and updating IT compliancerelated documentation including policies and procedures

Ensure that all compliance documentation is readily available and updated as per regulatory requirements business objectives as defined by BU

Document and report test results highlighting any noncompliance issues

5 Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify opportunities automation day to day operational needs etc to enhance processes and systems in FCC ATP PMOCompliance team

Key Skills and Competencies

Maintain an Agile Mindset

Basic understanding of Agile methodologies

Strong understanding of how compliance requirements can be integrated

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams

Analytical mindset with attention to detail for identifying compliance risks and solutions

Ability to interpret and apply various regulatory frameworks

Experience with compliance auditing risk management and testing SOC 2 controls
