Implement custom AEM components using Sling, OSGi, and JCR. Integrate AEM with external systems using RESTful services and APIs. Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for caching and load balancing. Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security. Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE . Hands-on experience with Apache Sling , OSGi , and JCR (Java Content Repository) . Proficiency in AEM Dispatcher configurations and caching strategies. Experience in building and consuming RESTful web services . Solid understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, and templates.
