Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead Consultant

Location : PAN India

Experience Required : 10+ Years

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules, coupled with leadership capabilities to drive projects and solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools, integration methodologies, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis and Solution Design :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Assess technical feasibility and provide detailed technical design and functional specifications.

- Create and review high-level architecture and system integration designs.

Module Expertise :

- Implement, configure, and support HCM Core and Payroll modules in Oracle Fusion.

- Design and enhance functionalities using Oracle HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.

Integration Development and Support :

- Utilize Fusion Data Integration tools like HDL, FBL, and SDL for seamless integration with third-party applications.

- Ensure effective data migration and synchronization using Oracle's integration frameworks.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Develop complex reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all reporting solutions.

Customizations and Configurations :

- Configure and maintain DFF, Flex Fields, and Approval Management workflows.

- Manage and update Fusion Security Models to align with compliance requirements.

Technology Expertise :

- Leverage VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database for enhancing system capabilities.

- Ensure proper system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting as required.

Testing and Documentation :

- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and debugging for system enhancements.

- Prepare comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and enhancements.

Methodology Adherence :

- Follow Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or other relevant project management methodologies for effective delivery.

Leadership and Team Collaboration :

- Act as a lead consultant to guide teams on best practices and troubleshooting strategies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion HCM systems post-implementation.

- Ensure seamless resolution of issues in collaboration with technical teams.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :


- Minimum 10+ years of experience as HCM Technical/Techno Functional Consultant.


- Analyse requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.


- Hands on experience in HCM and Payroll Modules.


- Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Data Integration tools like HDL, FBL, and SDL for building/enhancing integration to third party tools.


- Hands on experience in Fusion HCM Extracts.


- Hands on experience in OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF Flex Fields configurations, testing etc.


- Hands on VBCS , PCS & Autonomous Database.


- Knowledge in Approval Management and Fusion Security Model.


- Knowledge in OUM Methodology and Processes
