Our mission is to disrupt the traditional real estate model by providing a tech-driven, with full transparency. We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary CTO & Co-Founder to lead our technology strategy and execution while also bringing an investment commitment to drive the platform's growth.

Role Overview

As the CTO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for shaping and executing KOBUY’s technology roadmap, overseeing platform development, and ensuring scalability and security. You will work closely with the founding team to build a best-in-class PropTech platform that revolutionizes real estate investment. Additionally, we are looking for someone willing to invest in the company, demonstrating commitment and belief in the vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technology vision and strategy for KOBUY.- Lead the end-to-end development of the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, developers, and product managers.- Oversee architecture, scalability, security, and performance of the platform.- Implement AI, blockchain, and automation to enhance transparency and efficiency.- Work closely with founders, investors, and stakeholders to align tech strategy with business goals.- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in real estate crowdfunding and fintech operations.- Bring an investment commitment and play a key role in securing further funding rounds.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in PropTech, FinTech, or marketplace platforms.- Proven track record in scaling tech startups or building SaaS platforms.- Strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.- Hands-on experience with AI, blockchain, data security, and automation technologies.- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and startup ecosystems is a plus.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to invest and drive business growth.- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
