About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end development and content management systems, with a focus on creating engaging, responsive websites that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards
  • Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications
  • Collaborate with designers to transform mockups and wireframes into functional websites
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all projects
  • Maintain and update existing websites, implementing new features and improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including advanced layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid)

Extensive experience with WordPress development, including:

  • Custom theme development and customization
  • Plugin development and integration
  • WordPress REST API
  • Custom post types and advanced custom fields
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
    • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS preferred)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
