Met het Traineeship SEO kom je terecht in het Digital Marketingteam bij Social Brothers. Jij krijgt een team van experts die jou opleiden om straks zelfstandig (zoekwoorden)onderzoek uit te voeren, de perfecte teksten te schrijven en onze klanten te adviseren met een SEO strategie. Wat bieden wij:

Als Trainee bieden wij jou bij Social Brothers:
  • een traineeship van zeven maanden, die twee keer per jaar start, waarin jij klaargestoomd wordt tot Junior SEO Specialist.  
  • een salaris van € 2.200,- bruto per maand tijdens het traineeship.

Social Brothers is opgericht in 2011 en is een Digital Agency, gespecialiseerd in het bouwen van websites, applicaties en data gedreven marketing campagnes vanuit onze kantoren in Utrecht en Rotterdam. Met inmiddels meer dan 60 collega’s, onder wie designers, developers en marketeers, werken wij dagelijks aan toffe projecten. 


Zo werken voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in verschillende segmenten en markten. Opdrachtgevers waar Social Brothers op dit moment voor werkt, zijn: Rode Kruis, CleanProfs, EASY Noise Control, Dr. Veggie, Verloning, Piet Boon, Port of Rotterdam en andere. Deze opdrachtgevers verschillen in doelstelling (van beleving tot conversie) of aantal bezoekers (van 10.000 tot 1 miljoen per maand). De opdrachten die we uitvoeren voor deze opdrachtgevers lopen uiteen van het ontwikkelen van een website tot het volledig verzorgen van de marketing activiteiten.

Het Digital Marketingteam:

Het Digital Marketing team bij Social Brothers groeit hard Bij deze groei kunnen wij jou goed gebruiken. Ons team bestaat uit Adviseurs, Digital Marketeers, Digital Advertising Specialisten en Creatieve Marketeers. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen focus, maar samen zorgen we ervoor dat de online positioneren van de klant op zowel korte als lange termijn optimaal is. We zijn allemaal gedreven jongens en meiden, waarbij de leeftijd ligt tussen de 22 en 30 jaar. Het team symboliseert zich door een sterk team, kennisdeling, goede sfeer en maximale resultaten willen behalen voor zichzelf en klanten. Hoe het traineeship eruit ziet:

Je komt direct bij Social Brothers in dienst en tijdens het traineeship word jij in 7 maanden volledig opgeleid om als Junior SEO Specialist aan de slag te gaan. Jij krijgt een persoonlijke begeleider uit het team, maar uiteraard staan alle expert in het Marketingteam klaar om jouw vragen te beantwoorden. Het Traineeship focus zich op drie doelen, namelijk Opleiding, Ontwikkeling en Toepassing. Dit vertaalt zich in grote lijnen in de volgende planning:

Maand 1 en 2: Opleiding en Ontwikkeling

In een intensieve periode van leren, het doen van trainingen en oefenen in opdrachten, krijg jij het volledige proces van het werk als SEO Specialist aangeleerd. Iedere week heeft een onderwerp waar jij mee aan de slag gaat en in reviews met jouw begeleider krijg je gerichte en gedetailleerde feedback waar je direct wat mee kunt. 

Maand 3, 4, 5, 6 en 7: Toepassing

Na twee maanden leren is het tijd om het geleerde in praktijk te brengen. Je gaat meewerken in teams aan opdrachten voor afwisselende projecten. Tijdens deze paar maanden krijg je nog steeds feedback en staat jouw begeleider (en de rest van het team) nog steeds klaar om je vragen te beantwoorden. 


Tijdens het traineeship heb jij twee momenten waarop jouw traject wordt geëvalueerd, na 3 maanden en na 5 maanden. Tijdens het laatste gesprek krijg je ook te horen of je, na het positief afronden van het traineeship, wordt aangenomen als Junior SEO Specialist.

Als Trainee SEO voldoe jij aan de volgende eisen:

  • Jij hebt een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau of hoger.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en vind het leuk om onderzoek te doen;
  • Jouw Nederlandse taal is uitstekend, aangezien je voor onze klanten aan de slag gaat met teksten schrijven. 
  • Je woont op maximaal een uur reistijd vanaf Utrecht. 
  • Jij bent leergierig, enthousiast en brengt positieve energie met je mee. 
  • Je vindt het leuk om klanten en collega’s te verbazen met jouw inzichten. 
  • Je bent een teamplayer, want je wil samen met jouw collega’s het beste resultaat neerzetten en je hebt de drive om uitdagende doelstellingen te behalen.

Requirements
Wat ga jij doen: - Je denkt na over SEO strategieën voor onze klanten. Het plan dat je hiervoor opstelt, presenteer je in een sessie met de klant erbij. - Je adviseert de klant en je collega’s over de acties die ze kunnen ondernemen ten bate van de SEO strategie. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van (zoekwoorden)onderzoeken - Je werkt op dagelijkse basis met andere klanten, zodat je werk variërend is. - Je hebt nauw contact met je collega’s uit het Development team, zodat zij begrijpen wat ze kunnen doen vanuit jouw inzichten. - Je werkt samen met onze interne copywriters of copywriters bij de klant om zo de contentstrategie te optimaliseren en te verbeteren.
