HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll and Time Management )

Required Skills:
Job Requirements:Minimum 12 years experience in SAP HR/HCM project implementation and rollout experienceStrong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirementsStrong functional and configuration skills in all areas of the HR/HCM modulesHands on experience in Time/ Payroll schemas and personnel calculation rules is a mustExperience in supporting interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applicationsTeam player with good writing, verbal communication and presentation skills. Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
