Associate Director - Technical Portfolio Manager

Experience: 16 to 20 Years

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon

About the Role:

This senior-level position is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on delivery, profit and loss (P&L), and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure successful delivery, P&L management, and meeting technology requirements.
  • Act as a technology evangelist across the entire vertical, working closely with Centers of Excellence (CoE) and other groups.
  • Help mentor and enable other technical leads in the vertical.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including driving technology solutions.
  • Manage a significant portfolio with annual P&L responsibilities exceeding $10 million.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Retail/CPG.
  • Strong product & platform engineering skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, web, and mobile application development, platform/API solution development.
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as Java, .Net, AI, Cloud, Kafka, Middleware solutions.
  • The ability to be hands-on with technology and code when necessary.
