Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SharePoint Power Platform Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in developing and managing solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions that leverage SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and implement business solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Create custom applications, workflows, and automations using PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights and analytics.

SharePoint Management :

- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.

- Configure and customize SharePoint pages, web parts, and content types.

- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of SharePoint environments.

Process Automation :

- Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors and integrations.

User Support and Training :

- Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

- Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to help users leverage SharePoint and Power Platform tools effectively.

- Gather user requirements and feedback to continuously improve solutions.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities.

- Provide regular updates and reports on project status and solution performance.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development and administration.

- Proven experience in developing solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

- In-depth knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.

- Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.

- Understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certification in SharePoint or Power Platform.
