Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

Location:

Hyderabad, Chennai

Experience Required: 10-15 years in Program & Project Management, preferably 6-10 years in a PMO role.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma methodologies and will be responsible for driving large scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process enhancement, intelligent automation and business process consulting.

2. Utilize techniques such as process mapping, procedure development, and documentation to drive design workshops and discovery sessions independently.

3. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and return on investments for various projects.

4. Act as an SME in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Design thinking and Six Sigma.

5. Coach business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes by clarifying needs and providing effective solutions.

6. Manage internal and external stakeholders at various levels, including CXOs.

7. Conduct process assessments and design solutions utilizing RPA, IDP, Process Mining and Gen AI.

8. Support sales and Pre-sales teams in account mining, hunting new logos, creating proposals, RFPs, and driving client conversations.

9. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in process improvement and project management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Process Consulting.• Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large scale digital transformation programs.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.• Excellent stakeholder management skills.• Experience in conducting process assessments and designing solutions utilizing RPA, IDP, Process Mining and Gen AI.• Proficient in managing pre-sales target and TCV for the practice.• Strong knowledge of industry trends and advancements in process improvement and project management.
