Position Overview:We are in search of an adept Product Design Engineer to enrich our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field , coupled with a fervent drive to translate concepts into tangible solutions via inventive product design techniques. This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Design Engineer at Technoculture Research Pvt. Ltd. in Bodh Gaya. The Product Design Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to design engineering, product design, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), and product development. They will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

This is an immediate opening for individuals eager to relocate to Bodhgaya, Bihar.

Key Responsibilities:Spearheaded the design and development of innovative products, employing a blend of cutting-edge methodologies including 3D Printing, Mechatronics, Machining, and CFD Simulations.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to grasp project requisites and translate them into actionable product design strategies.Execute rapid prototyping experiments and iterate designs based on feedback and performance assessments.Leverage simulation tools such as COMSOL Multiphysics for comprehensive analysis and optimization of product designs.Ensure product prototypes adhere to stringent quality standards and functional prerequisites through meticulous testing and validation procedures.Thoroughly document all phases of the product design process, encompassing design iterations, simulation outcomes, and testing results.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in product design and engineering.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.Demonstrated expertise in product design and development, supported by a robust portfolio highlighting successful projects.Proficiency in advanced product design techniques including 3D Printing, Mechatronics, Machining, CFD Simulations, and rapid prototyping methodologies.Hands-on experience with simulation software such as COMSOL Multiphysics or equivalent.Exceptional problem-solving acumen and adeptness in thriving within fast-paced collaborative environments.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Points:Proficiency in advanced manufacturing methodologies such as additive manufacturing and subtractive manufacturing processes.Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and

design for assembly (DFA)

principles and optimization strategies.Knowledge of material properties and selection criteria relevant to product design.Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.Passion for innovation and a penchant for exploring novel ideas and technologies.
