Job Summary : - The SAP Group Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Group Reporting processes. - This role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, consolidation methodologies, and SAP Group Reporting functionality. - The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and streamline group reporting processes within SAP to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Configure and maintain SAP Group Reporting functionalities to meet evolving business needs. - Lead the integration of new reporting requirements into the SAP system. - Ensure timely and accurate financial consolidations in compliance with IFRS and other relevant standards. - Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, including consolidated financial statements and performance analyses. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into financial performance. - Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from management, providing accurate and timely information. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on data collection, validation, and reconciliation. - Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used for reporting purposes. - Perform financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning. - Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other relevant financial regulations. - Assist with internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and providing support as required. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes and procedures. - Work closely with IT to troubleshoot system issues related to SAP Group Reporting. - Implement best practices in financial reporting and system utilization. - Provide training and support to team members on SAP Group Reporting tools and processes. - Lead or participate in projects related to financial reporting and system enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Support strategic initiatives through data insights and financial analysis. Required Qualifications : - Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting. - Proficient in SAP Group Reporting functionality. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. - Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Experience in financial data preparation and analysis. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. - Familiarity with consolidation processes and methodologies. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. - Team-oriented with a strong sense of collaboration. - Prior experience with project management desired. - Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred.
