Analyze, design develop and support implementation of business-specific solutions and/or frameworks with the PEGA PRPC environment.• Understanding of various PEGA Rules required. (Ex: UI,API, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences, Connector, local actions, Monitoring tools like AES and Dynatrace, data modeling) and designing class structures, application frameworks, deployment and data models.• Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.• Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.• Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.• Knowledge of Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x is must.• Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB with Scrum and Agile methodology is added advantage.• Pegasystems Certified System Architect (CSA) / Pegasystems Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification is a plus.• Knowledge in SQL is a must.• Should have experience in Performance tuning of applications.• Good communication skills and able to lead DCO – Directly Capture Objectives and create user stories by breaking the requirements.
