Posted on 29/10/2025 Mission 1. Manage product design Plan the actions and tasks of product design. Coordinate the progress of product design. 2. Validate product feasibility To study the feasibility of the product. 3. Eco-designing products Co-define the product architecture. Reduce the environmental impact. Run the tests and validate the results. Adapt and formalize the design for optimized industrial production. Validate the product. 4. Guarantee products and data quality Guarantee the quality of the data produced throughout the project. Ensure the quality and conformity of products on the market. Capitalize on project experience. 5. Explore and feed the design strategy Explore and observe my product context. Elaborate and share my product tactics to feed my entity's strategy. Profile You build and manage the development planning in order to ensure the implementation on time. You design the product, you are responsible for the technical choices. You are responsible for the product validation and conformity. You manage the industrialization in collaboration with the method engineer and the production team. You build the technical specifications. You digitally capitalize all the technical data of the project and the product (environmental data, patents, tests, techpack, …) You optimize the environmental impact of your product, mainly thanks to the use of preferred materials (in collaboration with the materials components engineers). You ensure the quality follow up and continuous improvement for your products. You must demonstrate a high level of organization and efficiency. You are more a project manager than technician. You are a team player, eager to work with different mindsets and skills. You will have to build strong cooperation with the other sports, the industrial process and production countries. An understanding of the supply constraints of production is an asset. Passionate about sports, you love skating and gliding, the products and the associated technicality.
