PhysicsWallah (PW), founded in 2020 by Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, is an education company headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. PW aims to democratize education through online, offline, and hybrid platforms, initially launched as a YouTube channel in 2014. The company offers education in multiple vernacular languages and spans various educational segments, including test preparation, skilling, higher education, and study abroad. Additionally, PW has established the Institute of Innovation (IOI), providing residential job-ready programs. PW has received significant funding from investors such as Hornbill Capital, Lightspeed Ventures, Westbridge, and GSV Ventures.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and carry out BTL activities like:
  • School/college tie-ups & seminars.
  • Apartment/community campaigns
  • Roadshows, kiosks, stalls, and local events.
  • Parent/student meets and referral programs.
  • Scholarship test promotions & awareness drives.
  • Generate student leads and increase walk-ins for admissions.
  • Work with the Sales team to achieve admission targets .
  • Ensure brand visibility through posters, banners, events, and other offline promotions.
  • Build good relationships with schools, colleges, and communities.
  • Share daily/weekly reports of activities and leads generated.
What We Are Looking For
  • Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across Hyderabad & nearby areas.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions.
