Reporting to: Associate Director – Government Partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Create curriculum framework and roll-out plan for various programs and models.Write sessions and work with consultants for curriculum and training modules.Present curriculum framework to government stakeholders.Independently work with field teams to collect feedback, set session targets, and contribute and support in designing and implementing assessment of learning.Develop tools and conduct training needs assessment for various internal & external stakeholdersConceptualise, and develop various training modules & resources/ capacity building material for the internal & external stakeholders.Develop frameworks to capture training feedback.Facilitate the delivery of the training modules to the various stakeholders.Conduct periodic evaluations on the quality & effectiveness of the training.Periodic revision of the developed training and assessment resources based on the feedbackConduct/organize capacity building sessions for the training team at a PAN India level** External stakeholders are mainly various State Govt and partner NGOs in the above case** The content mainly revolves around Life Skills/21st century skills/socio-emotional learning
Desired Competencies
Knowledge of child development, youth development and community programmesDeep knowledge about the adult learning & participatory training methodologyExcellent research skillsExcellent English writing skillsExcellent verbal English and Hindi/any local language skillsGood written knowledge of Hindi/ any local languageExperience of module/ curriculum developmentEvent management skillsProficient in MS OfficeProficient in report writingFunctional knowledge of data collection & analysisKnowledge of employability education, entrepreneurship, green skills and future job markets.
Mobility requirementsTravel would be required in line with the requirements of the projects and requirements of the various internal (team) & external stakeholders (government agencies, funders etc.) as well as for representing Magic Bus on various platforms if required from time to time.
Qualification and ExperienceMaster’s degree in any social science/ English/ Psychology from reputed institution / universityFamiliar with social issues like education, child rights, life skills, gender, community engagementExperience of working in domains related to children5-7 years of experience in conducting training /workshops for various stakeholders- children, teacher, govt. stakeholdersExperience of conceptualizing and designing training contentExperience in report writingData management & analysis experience
