The Role: Senior AI & Rapid Development Specialist We’re building a global team of modern developers who use AI-native tools like Cursor, Lovable, Replit, and GitHub Copilot to design, build, and ship software — fast. You’ll work closely with our consultants in the Netherlands to turn business ideas into working AI-powered products. One week you might build a prototype of an internal AI assistant. The next, a data dashboard or microservice that connects multiple systems. If you love the intersection of AI, code, and creativity , and you’re excited by the idea of building faster with AI instead of writing boilerplate — this is your place. What You’ll Do Build, test, and deploy prototypes using AI-first tools (Cursor, Lovable, Copilot, Replit, etc.). Develop small but powerful applications that integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools. Use rapid development workflows to turn ideas into functional software — in days, not weeks. Work with consultants to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation across different industries. Design clean, modular code that’s easy to iterate and scale. Experiment constantly — try, learn, improve, repeat. Who You Are You’re a developer at heart — you love building, not just ideating. You’re familiar with AI development tools like Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or GitHub Copilot. You can write in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript , and you’re comfortable using APIs. You enjoy experimenting with new tech and shipping fast, functional prototypes. You communicate openly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates. You believe AI is not a shortcut — it’s a new way to build better, faster, and smarter. Nice to Have Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or SaaS prototypes. Understanding of backend frameworks (FastAPI, Node.Js, or similar). Interest in AI agents, embeddings, or automation logic.
