Team Structure:Our teams are small-unit, autonomous, and multi-disciplinary. As a Project Management Assistant’s , you will be managing

supply-side advertising operations of our clients and collaborating with team members from Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.

Responsibilities:Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.Working closely with the team of Business Analysts in understanding the client requirements and converting the same into actionable tickets.Outlining, defining, initiating and planning the project.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Eliminate any project blockers hindering the project's progress.Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Review proposed modifications, get approval from authorized personnel, and implement approved changes by coordinating with all the involved stakeholders.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that deadlines are followed.Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly progress reports for the clients and senior management.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Ensure that advertising services are running smoothly as expected.Foresee and troubleshoot ad serving issues quickly to minimize the advertising capital loss.

Requirements:2+ years of experience in a relevant role.PMP, CSM, Scrum or similar certification is preferred.Experience working with JIRA Project Management Software.Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.Exceptional verbal, and written communication and people management skills.Educational background in the fields of computer science or engineering.Willing to work in the EST time zone.
