Our service portfolio includes Product Engineering, Cloud & Dev Ops, Data/AI, Application Modernization, CMS, and Digital Commerce.To accelerate our next phase of growth, we are looking for a VP of Sales – a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives on building and closing new business, scaling teams, and delivering results in the IT services space.Role Overview:As VP of Sales , you will be responsible for building and executing our outbound sales engine, generating new pipeline, and winning large IT services deals across global markets. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving net new business , setting up scalable sales processes, and building a winning team.Key Responsibilities:Sales Hunting & Pipeline GenerationDrive outbound-led sales strategy across India, US, UK, and APAC marketsIdentify, qualify, and close mid-to-large-scale IT services opportunitiesLeverage ABM, cold outreach, Linked In, email, and other outbound strategies to build a robust funnelSales Team Building & LeadershipHire, train, and manage a high-performing sales and SDR team in IndiaCreate a strong sales culture centered around ownership, accountability, and performanceSet KPIs, run regular sales reviews, and drive consistent executionSales Operations & GTMBuild and optimize sales playbooks, cadences, CRM workflows, and reporting processesCollaborate with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and leadership to align on GTM effortsCreate and run region/vertical-specific sales campaigns to open new logosClient Engagement & Deal ClosureEngage directly with C-level executives and decision-makers to shape opportunitiesOwn and close large pursuits – from pitch to pricing to final negotiationRepresent the company at industry events, roadshows, and prospect meetings (virtual & in-person)Requirements:15+ years of experience in IT services sales , with a proven track record of hunting and closing large dealsStrong understanding of digital engineering, app modernization, cloud, data, and enterprise servicesDemonstrated ability to build and scale outbound sales functions from scratchDeep familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hub Spot/CRM), prospecting best practices, and modern lead-gen techniquesPrior experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage IT services or digital consulting firmExcellent communication, negotiation, and executive presenceSelf-driven, hands-on, and outcome-oriented mindsetPreferred:Exposure to global markets, particularly North America and EuropeExperience with building partner/BD ecosystemsTech background or engineering degree is a plusWhat We Offer:High-impact leadership role with direct influence on business growthOpportunity to build a team and shape the GTM engine from the ground upCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesDynamic, founder-driven, and innovation-led culture
