Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to support our accounting department. The intern will assist the current accountant in day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Coordinate with the accountant for audits and compliance tasks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to accounting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
