This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a diverse team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The IT I&O India Hub Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT services and supporting the organization’s business objectives. This role will have local oversight of cross-matrixed teams delivering global services through the Compute Services, User Workplace, Operations & Support, and Site Support teams.Job Responsibilities:Lead and locally manage the IT I&O teams at ADM’s India Hub, aligning with global IT I&O strategies, technical roadmaps, and organizational goalsProvide cross-matrixed oversight of key roles within the India Hub, including Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Engineers, Command Center Leads, and Demand ManagersDrive operational excellence across teams through implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Work with global IT leadership to integrate ADM’s India Hub into the IT I&O frameworkContinuously identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, service quality improvements, and cost optimization within the India HubComply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsPartner with stakeholders to address operational challenges, resolve escalations, and deliver high-quality IT servicesMonitor and report on the performance of the India Hub, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-makingFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among members of the India Hub teamProvide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and career growthJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 5+ years in a leadership roleProven track record of managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence in a global organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence teamsExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM), process optimization, and automation toolsKnowledge of IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and capacity planning strategiesCommitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environmentCompany Details:At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
