About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience in designing engaging and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and clients.

If you have exposure to Web3 applications, blockchain, or decentralized platforms, it will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design execution.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Participate in client discussions, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand project needs and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices and maintain consistency in design systems and branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies (including Web3, if applicable).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; experience working in agile teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience designing for Web3 applications (dApps, wallets, NFT/DeFi platforms).
  • Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) for better collaboration with developers.
  • Understanding of motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
