Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic initiatives across BFSI segments of Anand Rathi Group including business transformation, digital adoption, and operational excellence.Analyse Market trends, Competitive landscape and Peer Analysis, Technology trends and customer segmentation to provide actionable insights.Develop and present business cases, go-to-market strategies, identify relevant business acquisitions, and analyse financial models for senior stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams, clients and define roadmap for strategy projects.Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making to support strategy & planning.Deliver consulting engagements with structured frameworks, including design thinking, and agile methodologies.Support business development activities through intelligent information dissemination like proposal writing, pitch decks, client presentations, evaluation of M&A opportunities, MIS, and data analytics.Minimum QualificationChartered Accountant or MBA (from a premier institute)Essential Skills/CompetenciesStrategic Thinking & Problem SolvingData Analytics & Insight GenerationExpertise in Valuation of BusinessesExperience RequiredMinimum 10 or 15 Years of experience in business strategy in BFSI firms/consulting organizations for VP or SVP role respectively.Strong domain knowledge of BFSIExperience/Exposure of presenting to CEO/Board/Strategy Head, will be an advantageExperience of working in a business role for at least 5 years, at a senior level in the relevant BFSI segments will be an advantage.
