I. Job Profile

1. Planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns.

2. Drive measurable growth and high ROI across various digital channels.

3. Understanding of data analytics, ad platforms, and conversion rate optimization techniques.

4. Plan, execute, track & optimize Facebook & Google Ads.

5. Handle e-commerce portals end to end.

6. Advertisement planning & execution for all E-Commerce portals.

7. Coordination with design and content team for artwork, gifs, videos, content, cataloging.


Job Description

1. Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for better ROI.

3. Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user funnels.

4. Continuously test new strategies, channels, and tools to improve campaign efficiency.

5. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.

6. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

7. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

8. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).

9. Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.

10. Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and product managers to test strategies and innovation.

11. Present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders regularly.

12. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

13. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

14. Experiment with new tools and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.


Goals

Responsible for products Sales Through Paid Campaign on Google, Facebook, YouTube and E-Commerce Portals.


II. RIGHT PERSON

(a) Educational Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketing technologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel).

• Excellent understanding of SEO and SEM principles.

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Hands-on experience in Campaign creation and optimization for Google & Facebook

• E-Commerce portals experience will be added advantage.

• Should be a team player and able to create A+ Content and graphics if required.
