Job description

Responsibilities

As an Accountant, you will assist with the daily accounting processes of the entities of the group. Under direct responsibility of the general accountant, you will have diverse and various tasks which are divided in two main categories: classic accounting duties and administrative work, including:

  • IFRS Expertise : Take charge of preparing specific IFRS restatements, contributing to financial precision and accuracy.
  • Intercompany Mastery : Oversee intercompany flows bookkeeping and reconciliation, ensuring financial harmony across borders.
  • Data Consistency : Verify the consistency of financial information provided by our subsidiaries, upholding the integrity of our reports.
  • Consolidation Control : Play a pivotal role in controlling and validating consolidation entries recorded in our cutting-edge tools.
  • Auditor Collaboration : Collaborate closely with auditors (internal and external) , providing them with essential support and solutions on an ongoing basis.
  • Local Finance Assistance : Assist our local finance teams with intercompany matters, promoting seamless collaboration. Update new Accounting and Tax standards and policies. Guide other departments on issues related to Accounting and Taxation .
  • Quarterly Reporting : Lead the preparation of reports for quarterly closings, providing timely and accurate financial insights. Prepare the accounting checklist according to the deadlines and its rules.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance .
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position .
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the realms of audit and accounting, driving your dedication to excellence.
  • Being motivated to work in accountancy at multinational level.
  • Good command of English is required (both verbal & written) .
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools .
