Job description for HR Generalist
o Assist with end to end hiring and onboarding of new candidates
o Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
o Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
o Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
o Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
o Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
o Completes projects by assigning work to respective members; following up on results.
o Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
o Maintains company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and payment follow-ups as needed.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
