Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN networks to support business operations.
  • Configure and maintain routing and switching hardware and protocols.
  • Administer and monitor firewalls to secure the network against unauthorized access.
  • Manage and support VPN solutions for secure remote access and site connectivity.
  • Implement and maintain load balancing solutions to ensure network availability and performance.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to threats using IDS/IPS systems.
  • Utilize network monitoring and troubleshooting tools to proactively identify and resolve network issues.
  • Work closely with the IT team to plan for capacity, upgrades, and changes in network infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

  • MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc., B.E/B.Tech in any discipline, BCA, or MBA (IT).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering, with hands-on expertise in managing and configuring LAN/WAN environments, routing and switching, firewalls, and network security technologies such as VPNs, load balancers, and IDS/IPS.
