Job Summary:

Cultivate growth at Increff as a Lead DevOps Engineer - III. Lead the charge in fortifying the

scalability and security of our cloud-based infrastructure. Join us in reshaping supply chain and

inventory management through innovation and your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of DevOps engineers in planning, implementing, and

maintaining the organization's DevOps practices.

  • Develop and maintain the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)

pipeline for software projects.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate, streamline, and

optimize the software delivery process.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability,

performance, and security.

  • Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the software development

lifecycle.

  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system reliability and

efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Experience in Jenkins, Artifactory,Tomcat, Mysql, Ansible,Graylog,ELK, Maven,etc
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Good to have experience in handling HA systems and replication servers
  • 3+ years of Experience with cloud platforms GCP and Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of security best practices in a DevOps environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
