Key Responsibilities

Embassy & Consulate Coordination: Collaborate with Embassies, Consulates, and Visa Processing Centers for timely visa approvals.

Document Preparation: Prepare and verify all necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Application Management: Process visa applications online and submit them in a timely and error-free manner.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to support visa processing needs.

Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 members, guiding them in all aspects of visa processing.

Reporting: Maintain daily reports of all visa processing activities and monitor progress against targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in visa processing, with expertise in business corporate visas for all countries.

Team Handling: Experience managing a team of at least 2-3 members.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and authorities.

Technical Skills: Proficient in online visa application processes and documentation requirements.
