As a PLM specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling efficient and scalable PLM solutions for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to automate and streamline our operational processes, ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of applications on the Autodesk platform. This position is part of the Engineering and R&D Systems team and will be located in India, Pune.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Support the implementation and administration of PLM solutions, designing scalable, reliable, and secure systems that meet organizational requirements. This includes configuring workflows, managing product-related data, and implementing strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.Integrate PLM solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PDM, and CAD tools to ensure seamless data management, authentication, and access control across both cloud and on-premises environments. This may involve configuring synchronization, single sign-on, and identity management capabilities.Develop automation solutions using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline provisioning, configuration, and management of PLM resources. This includes writing scripts and leveraging APIs to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual errors.Continuously optimize PLM security and performance by conducting regular assessments, monitoring system utilization, implementing best practices, and identifying areas for improvement. This includes applying security controls and staying up to date with emerging PLM technologies and industry trends.Build customer relationships to build united roadmaps:  Provide user support and enablement, including responding to requests, delivering workshops and training sessions, and coaching users to increase adoption and effective use of the PLM solution. Service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms) may be used to track and manage support activities.The essential requirements of the job include:6 + years of experience in Support implementation and administration of PLM solutions, including knowledge of various services such as workflows, data management, and integrations.Thorough understanding of integrating PLM solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, MES (manufacturing execution systems (Digital Manufacturing Cloud DMC is classified as this)), PDM and CAD tools, including experience with data synchronization, single sign-on, and identity management.Experience in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management, including writing automation scripts, developing tools, and utilizing APIs to interact with PLM platforms.Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, enabling the provisioning and management of PLM resources using declarative templates and version control.Expertise with Windchill PLM, Fusion Manage, SAP S/4 is required.Join our winning team today.
