Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the branchs sales targets and enhance profitability. Lead generation and business growth by converting the organization's leads for business. Visit potential customers for new business and grow existing and developing new accounts. Maintain an accurate database with target, current, and future customers. Meet monthly business targets through effective sales strategies and client interactions. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a positive work environment and ensure target delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to uphold high standards of business conduct. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service and achieve business objectives. Manage daily operational activities and resources efficiently to optimize branch performance.
