Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan that aligns facility operations with the organization's broader goals. This includes anticipating future needs related to growth, technology, and compliance with evolving regulations.Project Leadership:You will oversee multiple facility and maintenance projects from inception to completion, providing leadership to project teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.Resource Management:Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring the effective use of materials, manpower, and time.
