Job Title: Senior Backend Cryptocurrency Exchange Developer Description:


We're actively seeking an adept backend developer with a focus on system design engineering and architectural expertise to enhance our cryptocurrency exchange platform. This role necessitates proficiency in backend development, with a particular emphasis on designing and implementing scalable, resilient infrastructure for order matching, execution, and API integrations within the sphere of spot trading.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to designing and implementing a scalable, resilient backend infrastructure tailored for order matching, execution, and seamless API integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy backend systems ensuring a seamless trading experience for users.
  • Implement advanced security protocols to fortify user funds, data integrity, and the overall platform against potential threats.
  • Assess, select, and implement scalable cloud solutions, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and maintenance processes.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, designing, building, and maintaining microservices to improve scalability, modularity, and maintainability.


Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Java for backend development, complemented by extensive experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Deep understanding of system design principles, architectural patterns, and techniques for achieving optimal scalability and performance.
  • Robust knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including secure authentication, encryption, and access controls.
  • Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment automation.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, designing, building, and maintaining microservices to improve scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate intricate technical concepts effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior involvement with cryptocurrency exchanges or financial trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and high-frequency trading systems.


Experience:

  • Junior: 3-5 years
  • Mid-Level: 5-8 years
  • Senior: 8+ years
