Forensic & Disputes - ESG

Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Deloitte India is keen to hire a seasoned professional to work with the existing leadership team in the Environmental, Social & Governance practice. The objective is to bring a leader with strong experience who will help in executing Deloitte’s ESG portfolio offerings. Ideal candidate will be someone who is a subject matter expert in this space and have experience in leading large-scale engagements that includes strategy, implementation and managed support.As a leader, you should be able to assist clients:Enable ESG strategy, reporting and value creation through project management and strategic coordination across environmental and social subject matter professionalsEnable client in identifying and meeting ESG requirements, managing key internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating ESG and other business metrics to support ESG reporting, brand purpose communications.Assisting clients in future proofing their businesses through implementation of decarbonization / low carbon pathway solutionsYou will be responsible for the business P&L and the growth of the resources reporting into youDesired qualifications(Preferably Science / Engineering / Economics)experience of 10 years+& business understanding around climate economics & scenarios through TCFD, cost of carbon and its impact on businesses, international regulations and policies for goods and services transactionsectoral understanding with deeper marketing skills with client centric approachhave strong advisory experience across geographies, with proven experience of leading high-performance teamsof working with bilateral, multilateral agencies and governmentsLocation and way of workinglocation: Mumbai / Gurugramprofile involves frequent travelling to client locationis our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
